We offer our clients a better way to develop new ideas, solutions and approaches to problems – one that is powered by human intelligence from start to finish

We conduct qualitative and quantitative research to gain a thorough understanding of our clients and their operational contexts.

We handpick professionals from different disciplines and industries to participate in a one-day brainstorming session, held virtually or in-person.

We independently evaluate the results from the retreat and share key findings and recommendations using highly actionable summary reports.
ROLES
Project teams consist of one (1) retreat manager and several (3-6) idea consultants.
The retreat manager is responsible for the assembly and briefing of the project team, the facilitation of retreat activities, and the writing and presentation of the client report.
Idea consultants are carefully selected for each project from Chester & Fourth’s global network and contribute their unique expertise and perspectives to our generative workshops.
